🛠️ Teacher Station Operation

To begin tap the touch panel and press anywhere to begin using the room.
The media display inputs appear on the list on the left-hand side of the screen. The sources that input signals can be sent to are along the bottom. These directions are the same for the Ballroom and the Boardroom. If the cart is greyed out, that means it is not plugged into the AVoIP ethernet port in the room.

The input and sources you select will turn blue. To use a laptop, plug it into the available HDMI cable at the podium. Leave the input on "Ballroom Lectern" and the laptop signal will over ride it. The "Ballroom Laptop" input on the panel goes to a port on the wall behind the teacher's station. To send audio from the input, make sure to select the "Speakers" output.

The Lectern computer is already set up to connect to the cameras and microphones in the room. To use the cameras and mics with your laptop, plug in the USB cable at the podium near the HDMI cable. You can then select "Camera Controls"  to rearrange how the angle looks in your Zoom meeting.

Room Linking

To combine the image source and microphones across multiple rooms in the first floor, select the "Room Linking" option in the upper left of the touch panel.

Enter the passcode "1947" and submit.

To link the audiovisual capabilities across rooms, check off which rooms you would like in addition to the one you are in. The rooms that are linked will have corresponding colors in the overview on the right side of the panel. It is recommended that you go to the corresponding rooms to adjust microphone volume and confirm image output.

From the main page, you can select "Mic Controls". From this page, you can adjust the volume for the lectern, handheld, and lavalier microphones. You can also adjust the program volume from the selected computer as needed.
