The article provides faculty with an overview of the new enhanced rubrics. This will include instructions on editing, adding, deleting, importing (into new courses), downloading, and printing rubrics.

- Open the RUBRICS page from the main navigational menu.
- IMPORT RUBRIC from a file on your computer. YES! This link provides an Excel template you can use to make your rubrics.
- CREATE NEW RUBRIC
- The "three dots" button allows you to edit, duplicate, etc. a rubric
- SELECT EDIT the rubric.
- DOWNLOAD SELECTED RUBRICS allows you download the rubrics in CSV format which is a format that can be used in MS Excel.

Itemization by function.
- Rename the rubric.
- Change the rubric type to Scale or Written Feedback.
- Change the rating display to Level or Points.
- Change the rating order.
- Set the rubric as Scored or Un-scored.
- Rearrange criterion ratings.
- Edit a rubric criterion description or long description.
- Delete a criterion or aligned outcome from the rubric.
- Duplicate a criterion from the rubric.
- Add a new criterion.
- Align an outcome.

- To rename a criterion, enter a new name in the Criterion Name field [1].
- To edit a rubric criterion description or long description, enter updated details in the Criterion Description field [2].
- You can also edit points [3],
- rating name [4],
- and rating description [5].
- To delete a criterion from the rubric, click the criterion Delete icon [6].
- To save your edits, click the Save Criterion button [7]
