  • This article explains how to reset your voicemail PIN for Webex Calling so you can access voicemail from a desk phone or when calling in remotely.

🛠️ Instructions

  1. Go to https://user.webex.com and log in with your Salve credentials.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Calling > Voicemail and click Reset voicemail PIN.

  3. Enter your new PIN and confirm it, making sure to follow these voicemail PIN requirements:

    Voicemail PIN Requirements:
    Must contain:
    • 6–30 digits
    Must not contain:
    • Repeated patterns
    • Any of your last 10 voicemail PINs
    • The reverse of your old PIN
    • Your phone number or extension
    • The same digit repeated 3 times in a row
    • 3 ascending or 3 descending digits
    • The reverse of your phone number or extension

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

💡 Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Issue: “PIN doesn’t meet requirements” — Make sure your PIN is between 6–30 digits and does not use prohibited patterns like repeated numbers, phone numbers, or sequential digits.
  • If you are locked out or unable to reset your PIN, contact the Technology Services Center for assistance.
