๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Instructions

  1. In the left corner of the chapel behind the dais, you will find “on” and” off” buttons near the organ. Press the green “on” button to turn the audio system on.

  2. The system will take a minute to fully load. You can follow its progress on the London Soundweb touch panel to the right of the on/off panel.

  3. When it is loaded, you can choose between “small mass” and “large mass”. The large option sends a louder signal to the side speakers.

  4. You can adjust the decibels of the “main”, “choir”, and “sides l/r” areas, but we do not recommend doing this, as it may create feedback. If you choose to adjust this, use caution and turn the knob in small increments. The knob raises and lowers the priest, cantor, and altar mics simultaneously.

  5. Selecting the “system mute” option on the touch panel brings you to another page. Select “ok” to mute, or “close” to go back to the previous page.

  6. The foyer area where you enter the chapel--with the stained-glass windows—has access to audio as well. Note the volume knobs near the holy water and light switches. These are not intuitive 1-10 volume knobs, but different channels that need to be selected. Channels 8-10 pick up the microphone audio from the dais at varying degrees—toggle through them and select the optimal setting.

  1. Start a new meeting. As long as the USB from the Vaddio bridge is plugged into the laptop, the image from the chapel camera will display in the meeting. The camera can pan and tilt or zoom in and out as needed with the remote control near the laptop in the closet.

  1. Click on the arrow icon near “audio” in the lower left corner of the zoom meeting, and go to “audio settings”. Make sure that the speaker and mic are set to “Speakerphone (AV Bridge Mini)”. To have the organ picked up by the microphones, make sure “live performance audio” is selected.
