🔹 Google Chrome
Open
Google Chrome
.
Click the
three-dot menu
(⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select
Settings
.
Go to
Privacy and security
>
Delete browsing data
.
Choose a
Time range
(e.g., All time).
Check
Cached images and files
.
Click
Clear data
.
🔹 Safari (macOS)
Open
Safari
.
Click
Safari
in the menu bar, then select
Settings
.
Go to the
Advanced
tab and check
Show Develop menu in menu bar
.
From the menu bar, click
Develop
>
Empty Caches
.
Close Preferences. The cache is now cleared.
🔹 Mozilla Firefox
Open
Firefox

Click the
three-line menu
(≡) in the top-right corner.
Select
Settings
(or
Preferences
on macOS).
Click
Privacy & Security
in the left-hand menu.
Scroll to the
Cookies and Site Data
section and click
Clear Data…

In the drop-down menu , select everything and check all boxes.

💡 Troubleshooting & Tips
Issue:
Website still appears broken or outdated.
Fix:
Try using a private/incognito window or restart your browser after clearing the cache.
If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
When you clear everything , you will need to manually re-login into most websites.
