- Open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and navigate to campus.salve.edu.
- Search for My Printing in the search bar and locate the document labeled “My Printing”.

- Scroll down until you see the link for Papercut Cloud Print .
- Choose Papercut Cloud Print, then Download and open the DMG file.


- Run the application installer PaperCut Mobility Print Client.pkg.

- Click “Connect and get my printers” in your web browser.

- Print this page by hitting command + p to open print dialogue box Below.

- Now select printer: SRU_SecurePrint[SRUPAPERCUT01](Mobility). Now press print. There will be a new dialogue window that opens. And enter your firstname.lastname and password.

- Physically go to any of the Papercut/HP Printers
- Tap your Salve ID card (you may need to log in to the printer with your Salve credentials).
- Select Print Release, select the document to print and press Print in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Note: By default, all documents print in black and white. To print in color, select the document, go to "Print preferences," and uncheck "Print in Greyscale."
💡 Troubleshooting & Tips
- Issue: Can't find "My Printing" on the website.
Try refreshing the page or checking your search terms. Use keywords like "Papercut" or "Cloud Print."
- If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
