This article helps the user set up and print to a Papercut/HP Printer from a Mac for the first time and provides steps for printing documents after setup.

🛠️ Instructions
Open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and navigate to
campus.salve.edu
.
Search for
My Printing
in the search bar and locate the document labeled “My Printing”.
Scroll down until you see the link for
Papercut Cloud Print
.
Choose
Papercut Cloud Print,
then Download and open the DMG file.
Run the application installer
PaperCut Mobility Print Client.pkg.
Click “
Connect and get my printers
” in your web browser.
Print this page by hitting command + p to open print dialogue box Below.
Now select printer:
SRU_SecurePrint[SRUPAPERCUT01](Mobility)
. Now press print. There will be a new dialogue window that opens. And enter your
firstname.lastname
and
password.
Physically go to any of the Papercut/HP Printers
Tap your Salve ID card (you may need to log in to the printer with your Salve credentials).
Select
Print Release,
select the document to print and press
Print
in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Note: By default, all documents print in black and white. To print in color, select the document, go to "Print preferences," and uncheck "Print in Greyscale."
💡 Troubleshooting & Tips
Issue:
Can't find "My Printing" on the website.
Try refreshing the page or checking your search terms. Use keywords like "Papercut" or "Cloud Print."
If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
