- Provides an operational guide for Miley 012 AV technology that contains: TV Monitor, Smart Board, PC or Laptop connection, and installed camera and ceiling microphone for remote meetings.

To start tap the touch panel and press anywhere to begin using the room.
The media display inputs appear on the left-hand side of the screen.
Selecting one of the inputs will send the signal to the TV monitor. In order to use the laptop input, select it and plug the available HDMI cable into your laptop.
The Lectern computer is already set up to connect to the camera and ceiling microphone in the room. You can reposition the camera using the controls on the touch panel. There is no USB connection to the camera/mic for laptop connectivity at this time.
Selecting the ViewBoard input will activate the home screen on the monitor. Pressing the "myViewBoard" icon on the monitor brings up the whiteboard capabilities. Use your finger or stylus to draw on the board.
💡 Troubleshooting & Tips
- If you do not see the PC login screen after selecting that input, press the mouse or keyboard to wake up the machine. If you still do not see it, look in the cabinet below to make sure the PC is turned on.
- If the TV monitor does not turn on when an input is selected on the touch panel, the blue button in the bottom center of the monitor may need to be pressed.
