How to update your phone and email address in MySalve

🛠️ Instructions

  1. In MySalve, click on the menu bar. Select “User Options.”

  3. Review the phone numbers and email addresses recorded in your file:

Tip: If your email address is a high school or other university, these should be updated because these email addresses often stop working, causing issues when the University needs to contact you.

4.  If your phone and personal email address is correct, Click the Confirm button at the top of the list.

5. If your phone and/or email is outdated

  • Click the Pencil icon next to your email labeled Personal Email 1, and update the address and click Update Email
  • Click the Pencil icon next to your cell phone number.  Edit your cell, and click Update Phone. 
  • If you do not have a cell phone record, click Add Phone, and enter a cell phone number.  Click Update Phone to save.
