- This article provides instructions for accessing and utilizing Claude's Opus model within Microsoft Copilot.

🛠️ Instructions
After you have been licensed for Claude within Microsoft Copilot, you can access Claude’s Opus model by changing the selected model option within Copilot.
To access Microsoft Copilot, navigate to one of the following locations:
- Open Microsoft Copilot and locate the model selection dropdown next to “Auto” at the top of the Copilot window.
- Select the dropdown menu to view the available Copilot models and options.
- Select “Opus” under Claude.
- Once selected, Copilot will use Claude’s Opus model for your conversations and prompts. During each session Copilot will default to "Auto", Opus must be reselected each time a new session is started.
Utilizing Claude’s Opus within Microsoft Copilot provides users with an additional AI model option designed to assist with complex tasks, advanced reasoning, content creation, and problem-solving workflows.
