Email Prioritization:

2. Highlight messages received since my last workday from:

- Members of my immediate team
- Employees who report directly to me
- Individuals with whom I collaborate frequently
3. For each priority email provide:

8. Identify any scheduling conflicts, back-to-back meetings, or unusually busy time periods.
Preparation Guidance:
9. Create a section called "Prepare for Today."
10. Highlight:
- Meetings that may require preparation
- Outstanding requests from emails
- Upcoming deadlines occurring within the next seven days
- Tasks requiring immediate attention
Executive Summary:
11. Begin the report with a brief executive summary containing:
- Number of priority emails
- Number of meetings scheduled today
- Top three items requiring attention
Formatting:
12. Use clear headings and bullet points.
13. Prioritize actionable information over informational content.
14. Keep the overall briefing concise and suitable for reading in less than five minutes.
