To begin, press anywhere on the touch panel splash page.
The system takes about 30 seconds to fully activate.
Press the "Projector" and "Program Audio" buttons. Once they are both blue, select an input source on the left.
If the Lectern PC does not automatically project, make sure the labelled "POWER" button is on in the cabinet below.
To use the "Laptop HDMI" source, locate the HDMI cable and plug it into your device. You may need a USB-C adapter if your laptop does not have an HDMI port.
In order to use the second projector, press "Display Controls" in the lower right-hand corner.
Power Projector 2 on as needed.
You can also set Projector 2 to start up and shut down with the system.
To adjust the volume of all devices in the system, go to the main menu. The program volume is on the right-hand side.
Please shut the system down when you are done using the room!
