📌 Purpose

This service allows Salve faculty and staff to request new or replacement equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and computer accessories such as keyboards, docking stations, or webcams.

🛠️ Service Description

  • Service Name: Request New Devices or Accessories
  • When to Use:
    • Laptop Request: Request a new or replacement laptop for an individual user.
    • Desktop Setup: Request a new or replacement desktop for a user or shared space.
    • Tablet Request: Request a tablet for eligible users.
    • Mobile Phone Request: Request a mobile phone for eligible users.
    • Accessories: Request accessories like mice, keyboards, HDMI cables, docking stations, webcams, etc.
  • Next Steps: After you submit your request, IT will review it. If approved, pickup instructions will be sent. Most equipment is ready within 5–7 business days. Please reply with your planned pickup time to ensure staff availability.
