This service supports Salve Regina students, faculty, and staff when a more specific service does not apply. It covers general IT support questions, consultations, and application training requests.

  • When to Use:
    • You're unsure which service to choose
    • You need guidance on an IT-related issue or project
    • You want training on Salve-supported software or tools
  • Next Steps:
    • Email the Technology Services Center at tsc@salve.edu to initiate your request
    • A ticket will be created and a team member will follow up

💡 Service Options

  • General IT Guidance & Support: For general questions or help identifying the right service. A team member will assist you after a ticket is created.
  • Technology Consultation: For guidance on technology choices, projects, or tools. Our staff will schedule a time to meet and offer recommendations.
  • Application Training: For help learning to use applications such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, or TeamDynamix. We offer tailored 1:1 or small group support.
