My Materials
Access the booskstore through the Canvas integration by selecting the My Materials icon, which displays mobile and desktop devices.

Welcome
After selecting My Materials, a pop-up welcome screen will appear offering a quick overview of features. Those features are covered in this tutorial, so you can skip this section.

Dashboard Overview
- TERM selection from a drop-down menu.
- Workspace options include ADOPT and SHELF
- OPEN ADOPTIONS allows you to organize publicaiton selections for submission.

TERMS
The drop-down menu provides options based-on terms. The term designation differs from the designations established in Canvas in that they DO NOT include schools. The primary designation are the dates.

Workspace Options
The WORKSPACE options include ADOPT and SHELF the open adoptions.

Adopt - Open Adoptions
From the APODT workspace, the OPEN ADOPTIONS is the where publications can be selected and considered before being SUBMITTED. Recommendations from department coordinators may also be listed here.

Submitted Adoptions
From the ADOPT workspace, the SUBMITTED ADOPTIONS provides a list of publications that have been submitted.
STATUS indicates the phase at which the publicaiton is being acquired.
To amend or redact the list, select EDIT LIST.

Edit List
In EDIT mode, items can be added, deleted, viewed in detail, and submitted to the bookstore.

Amending Adoptions
ADOPTIONS amend the list through the search function.
Search field accepts ISBN varients or text are by default organized by course.
The details are accessed by selecting the VIEW MORE DETAILS link.

Details
The DETAILS include a description, cost, ISBN, etc. But, to fields of interest are the FORMAT and USAGE.
The FORMAT provides an option between DIGITAL, PRINT, or OTHER.
The USAGE provides options for REQUIRED, RECOMMENDED,or CHOICE.

Shelf - Desk Copies
From the SHELF workspace, you are able to peruse DESK COPIES (currently) provided by Kortext or RedShelf.
