📌 Purpose

• To help Salve students access and manage their university email on both mobile and desktop devices.

👥 Audience

• Students (especially new and transfer students)

• Microsoft Outlook on Web / iOS / Android

📬 About Salve Email

• Students are required to use their Salve email address for all university communications.
• Faculty and staff are instructed not to respond to personal (non-Salve) email addresses.
• All important info—including Orientation, the Foreign Language Placement Exam, and Salve News—will be sent to your Salve inbox.
• You are expected to check your Salve email daily and are responsible for all communications received.

🖥️ Accessing Email on Your Computer

1. Log in to the Campus@Salve portal.
2. On the left side, locate the Everyday Tools box.
3. Click Office 365.
4. Select Outlook Mail to open your inbox.
5. If prompted for MFA (multi-factor authentication), follow the MFA setup instructions.

📱 Accessing Email on Your Mobile Device

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and sign in using your Salve username and password.
3. Complete the MFA prompt when requested to verify your identity.

📅 Tip: Set a daily reminder to check your Salve email. It's your official line of communication with the university.

• Can’t log in? Try resetting your password via the Campus Portal.
