๐ Purpose
The Technology Services Center assists students, faculty, and staff with equipment loans, hardware distribution (sound systems, projectors, laptops, screens, video cameras, etc.), and support for video recording and editing projects.
๐ Equipment Loans
Students, faculty, and staff must present a valid Salve Regina ID to borrow equipment. All equipment is available for instructional purposes only.
One-day loan period:
- Portable sound system
- Dongles (for connecting laptops to a lectern or TV)
- PC or Mac laptop
- iPad
- Laptop speakers
- Snowball, Yeti, and Nessi microphones
- Remote presenters
- Portable screen
- Projector
- External hard drive
- Headsets with microphone
- USB camera
One-week loan period:
- Voice recorder
- Video camera
- Still camera
- Tripods
๐ฅ๏ธ Hardware Distribution
We provide equipment for student presentations, conferences, special events, and guest speakers. Most classrooms are equipped with a teacherโs station, Mac or PC, projector and screen or display, Blu-ray player, speakers, and laptop connection. All lecture halls include a sound system, microphones, projector and screen, PC, Blu-ray player, laptop connection, and remote presenter.
Equipment must be requested one week in advance.

We assist students, faculty, and staff with basic video editing support. All requests must follow University policy on copyrighted materials.
