How to Schedule a Zoom Workplace Meeting

  • This article will demonstrate how a user can schedule a Zoom Workplace meeting.  Zoom Workplace is the application bases software for Zoom, as opposed to the webpage based application. The mobile version is similar

🛠️ Instructions

  1. On the desktop, select the Zoom Workplace program linkUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. If you need to authenticate, you will be directed to a login screen.  Use your Salve Regina credentials (user name and password)
  3. Zoom Workplace will openUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Select the New Meeting buttonUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. You will be taken into a Zoom meeting window.  This is where you can change audio and video settings.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. When ready, select Start to begin the meetingUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

💡 Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Issue: If Zoom Workplace requires crendtials, enter your Salve Regina username and password
