Print from Your Windows PC Using Papercut
Print from Your Windows PC Using Papercut
📌 Purpose
This article helps users set up and print using Papercut Cloud Print from a Windows PC.

🛠️ Instructions
Open your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and navigate to
campus.salve.edu
.
Search for
My Printing
in the search bar. A document labeled “My Printing” should appear (see Figure A).
Scroll down until you see the link for
Papercut Cloud Print
(see Figure B).
Choose
Download and run Mobility Print
If you are unable to find the installer in your browser, it can be found in the
Downloads
folder in File Explorer.
Run the application installer
mobility-print-client-installer
You might get a disclaimer about the executable containing malware. You can safely press OK/Run.
A popup will appear asking to allow Papercut to install on your machine—press
Allow
.
Once installation is complete, press
Finish
.
Once it has finished installing, choose F
inish.
Now click
“Connect and get my printers”
in your web browser.
🖨️ To Print a Document After Setup
Print a document as you normally would, selecting the
“SRU SecurePrint”
printer.
Note:
By default, documents print in black and white. To print in color, select the document, go to
Print Preferences
, and uncheck
Print in Greyscale
.
A login window should pop up for Papercut. Enter your Salve username (firstname.lastname) and password, then press
Enter
.
Go to any of the new printers.
Tap your Salve ID card.
Select
Print Release
.
Select your document and press
Print
in the bottom right corner.
đź’ˇ Troubleshooting & Tips
Issue:
Can't find “My Printing” on the website.
Try refreshing or searching with different terms like “Papercut” or “Cloud Print.”
If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
