Antone 128: Faculty and Presenter Guide

🛠️ Teacher Station Operation


Overview:


A. INPUT SELECT : Select the audio-visual source to be displayed on the screen or monitor. ONLY choose from the LECTERN SOURCES.

B. POWER BUTTON : POWER DOWN the system.

C.  ROOM : This link displays the screen that controls the window shades, lighting, and projection screen.

D. MICS : This link open a screen that allows for various microphone selections, including wireless mics.

E. VIDEO MUTE : Turns bright blue when on. This function blacks-out the display so the presenter can setup/change-out media for presentations.

F. VOLUME : Controls the audio levels for the selected media. 
Tap the plus (+) button to increase sound and the minus (-) button to decrease sound.
Tap the loudspeaker symbol with an X to mute the sound.


Using the Teacher Station:

A. VIDEO INPUTS

The two primary selections are LECTERN LAPTOP and LECTERN PC. 
Find and connect the HDMI cable on the lectern and select LECTERN LAPTOP to send the video signal from your laptop to the projector.

The PC maybe need to  woken up from sleep or the power button on the lower right-hand side of the monitor may need to be turned on.


F. VOLUME

The volume controls the levels for video sources and microphones.
By default, the podium microphone is active when the system is powered-up.
In this image of the home screen, the mute button is activated. If you are not hearing anything coming from the speakers, it could be that the MUTE button has be activated. 




D. MICS

When selecting the MICS option (D) from the main screen, you will see categories of microphones. In general, staff will assist with setting up microphones, but the LECTERN MIC might need to be adjusted.




C. ROOMS

By selecting the ROOMS button from the main screen, the controls for the WINDOW SHADES, PROJECTION SCREEN, and LIGHTING. By default, the shades close when the system powers up.
