Provides an operational guide for the audiovisual technology in The Papitto Pavilion.

To begin, press anywhere on the touch panel splash page.
Select a source on the left hand side and then the destinations you with to route it to. Please note that many of the sources will be grayed out until a laptop or other device is plugged in.
When selected, the source turns green and is listed at each destination it is routed to.
Main display refers to the central video wall.
Cart Displays 1 and 2 are the TV carts that can be plugged into the floor boxes around the perimeter of the space. Take note that it takes a couple of minutes for these endpoints to connect after being plugged in. The system may need to be restarted for them to register.
"Recorder" is the Epiphan system that IT uses with the installed cameras and microphones in the room.
The "Cameras" icon in the upper right will bring you to the camera control page.
To connect the camera/mic signals to your device for a remote meeting, use the USB-C cable coming from the podium.
If it did not automatically default to this connection, change your camera and mic settings to:
Microphone and Speaker should be set to "Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (ENC-LECT-LTOP)".
Camera should be set to "ENC-LECT-LTOP".
After selecting the front or rear camera, the arrows and magnifying glass +/- buttons allow you to reposition the angle. The presets are used to recall common camera angles. You can save a new preset by holding a preset button down for several seconds after positioning the camera.
To adjust the volume of each individual microphone, select the "Audio" icon in the upper right of the touch panel.
The handheld and lavalier microphones are powered by rechargeable batteries in the IT closet.
The wall plate microphone connections are found in the floor boxes in the front and back of the room. These are used only with coordination from IT.
If the Bluetooth option is toggled on, the room system can be found as a bluetooth source on your mobile phone or laptop. Please note that when bluetooth is on, program audio will not work with the routing source selections.
To turn the audiovisual system off, select the "Power" icon in the upper right corner.
From there, you are able to completely shut the system down, or just turn power off to the selected main display and carts.
