This article helps Webex Calling users set up or change their voicemail greeting using the self-service portal.

Instructions
Go to
https://user.webex.com
and sign in using your Salve email.
Select
Settings
, then select
Calling
, and navigate to the
Voicemail
tab.
Under the voicemail section, scroll down to configure greetings.
Choose your voicemail greeting type:
Default message
Custom message
– upload an audio file or record directly via the portal.
Select
Save
once your greeting has been selected or recorded.

Troubleshooting & Tips
Issue:
Can't record greeting — Try uploading an audio file instead.
Make sure your microphone permissions are allowed if using Webex App to record.
If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
