⚙️ Steps for set-up
In Outlook:
- Go to Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location
- Set your work hours for each day - OIT staff standard hours are 8;30-4:30pm, but adjust accordingly
- Set your location for each day
- Check box "Show work location on my calendar"
- Set “Share your location” to “Can view all details”

Note:
If “Office” isn’t an entry on the location drop down, you can type it manually.
🎯 Result - we are able to see who is in office on any given day
Calendar view: shows "who is in office today" at a glance

Add the Places app: see who is in-office on any given day

- There are minor differences in set-up between Windows and macOS operating systems.
