Update the Zoom Desktop Application

  • Guide users through updating the Zoom Desktop Application to the latest version.

🛠️ Instructions

  1. Open the Zoom Desktop Application.
  2. Log in using your Salve Regina credentials.
  3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the app window.
  4. Select Check for Updates from the dropdown menu.
  5. If an update is available, Zoom will begin downloading it automatically.
  6. Once the download is complete, click Download to install the latest version.

💡 Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Issue: Zoom still not functioning after update.
  • Fix: Restart your computer and try again.
  • If the issue persists, contact the Technology Services Center.
